Bio:

Alexander Jarasch did his Ph.D. in biochemistry/bioinformatics. As postdoctoral fellow on behalf a world leading chemistry company he developed protein engineering software enzymes. As consultant for a big Swiss pharma company, he developed a ML techniques for predicting chemically more stable antibodies. Since 2017, he is head of data and knowledge management at The German Center for Diabetes Research (DZD) where he’s responsible for a knowledge graphs and ML techniques in diabetes research.
